STORAGE

Cheesecake is best stored in the refrigerator as soon as possible after pickup or delivery. Keep it covered or in its original packaging to help maintain freshness and prevent it from absorbing odors from other foods.

BEFORE YOU SERVE

For the creamiest texture and fullest flavor, remove your cheesecake from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before serving. This allows it to soften slightly, creating the perfect bite.

HOW TO SLICE LIKE A PRO

For clean, bakery-style slices, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Wipe the blade clean between each cut to keep every slice looking as good as the first.

FRESHNESS

When stored properly in the refrigerator, your cheesecake will stay fresh for up to five days. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying it within the first few days.

FREEZING FOR LATER

If you'd like to save some for another day, cheesecake freezes beautifully. Wrap it tightly and store it in the freezer for up to three months. When you're ready to enjoy it, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator.

TRAVELING

If you're taking your cheesecake on the road, keep it level and avoid leaving it in a warm vehicle. For longer trips, an insulated cooler or ice packs will help keep it fresh until you arrive.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

Avoid leaving your cheesecake at room temperature for more than two hours, and try not to refreeze it once it's been thawed. A little care goes a long way in keeping every slice as delicious as the first.
